We enjoyed our stay at the inn, especially the quick walk to the beach, which was perfect for our baby. The nearby Old Orchard Beach Pier was colorful and fun, adding to our experience with great views and activities for families.
My wife says that the cleanliness could be improved.

The walk to the beach was just a quick 15 minutes, and a shortcut provided by the manager saved us on parking fees. Air conditioning in the Queen Room was a huge relief during the intense summer heat. However, the absence of a pool was disappointing, and the property could benefit from updated amenities. Overall, a decent visit that could improve with a few enhancements.

would definitely book again
We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days. The room had a flat-screen TV and fresh linens. It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the manager shared a shortcut to save on parking. A bit more cleanliness would be nice, though.

The Atlantic Breeze Inn had nice features that made my stay enjoyable. The owner, Raj, really cared about my needs. He set up a BBQ area in the back with tables and chairs, which was awesome for avoiding restaurant meals. The Queen Room felt comfy for a family trip. Air conditioning worked well in the summer heat, providing a cool retreat after time outside. The walk to the beach took about 15 minutes, which was manageable, especially with the shortcut Raj pointed out that saved us on parking. However, I noticed some areas that lacked attention. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning since there were spots of mold on the tile, which was concerning. Also, the TV situation was frustrating. it had only one channel, and I couldn't control the cable. At times, the AC was noisy and setting adjustments didn’t seem to help much. Overall, despite some drawbacks, I'd consider coming back due to Raj’s excellent hospitality and the convenient access to the beach.
